Began his consulting career at KPMG Consulting, continued as a Managing Director at BearingPoint after the firm's spin-off, and retired as a Principal at Deloitte after a long career of significant growth leadership for the firm. Returned to public service as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). Co-chair of statewide data governance under the State of Ohio Chief Data Officer. Led several of Ohio's earliest GenAI deployments. PhD in Communication; published author.
